@Kruse I recall that now, but thought it was the one about the Priest-Velociraptor I asked you to watch...
Nah - I think Velocipastor was a particularly nasty mate of mine off-Fern. Well, he's a Fern lurker.
But - yeah - easily confused. Those 2 movies are of a kind - the kind I've never deleted... I insist on "seeding" them to the raging rivers, and making sure others have the chance to "enjoy". -

@Kruse yeah I thought it was particularly Ferny for @taniwharugby to suggest you review a movie you'd already written about after he requested a review the first time!
I should have just copy-pasted the original review, not mentioning it - I might have been gotten a second promised-beer.

Jesus that is pathetic.

I’m sure that’ll make losing their homes easier to take

@dogmeat TBF, why else would she go there if not for a photo op? It's not as if she can actually drive a digger or something. Unless of course she has the "Royal Touch", which is a possibility...
But cynicism aside, what is with the headline? With people having lost much of what they own, the most important takeaway is that the PM is hugging people?
-
@JC I googled the headline to see what organisation was responsible.
It gets worse.
The subbie doubled down with this opening sentence
Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern has been welcomed with open arms in Nelson during her visit to survey the widespread damage caused by wild weather last week.
I fucking despair of journalism, I truly do.
