@MiketheSnow Fair enough. The show has clearly morphed from being motoring to entertainment, so if you aren't a petrol head, then your view is probably expected!
What people find funny is very subjective.
Indeed.
Out of interest do you watch the old boys Amazon show?
If so, same, better, worse?
Yeah, I do. They took some time to get their feet, but they really found it in the last series I thought, but then of course it's all changing again the next one.
Their humor is very subtle which is much more my avenue, as opposed to McGuiness shouty style.
Their two highlights so far have been the used jaguar episode (it concludes with them driving them down a ski run!) and the opening scene of the first ever episode.

Corbyn is finally off the fence, gets to make his anti-democracy stance earlier than expected and now supports a 2nd referendum to get the correct result.
Lets see how that affects the polls. I can't see the lib-dems swarming back...I can see some labour faithful jump ship to Farage's party however. Will look forward to 'Labour Leave's weekly email says tomorrow.

One of the good outcomes of this debacle has been Corbyn proving his incompetence to everyone that was previously giving him the benefit of doubt.

I don't think Labour had any choice. Sitting on the fence was killing them. Tories are suffering the same, but at least they still hold power (for now) and have the ability to turn it around.

Leaders debate tonight was good watching.
I think both guys despite what they say hold very similar positions on most issues. Johnson seemed hell bent on talking over Hunt whilst Hunt seemed hell bent on pointing out that Johnson never answers questions.
Who do I want? Well in a normal world, it would be Hunt all the way ... but I just can’t help feeling that Johnson may be better at getting shit done.
Torn.

I have no idea if you are right about Johnson getting things done. But i think the UK system needs a serious dose of actually getting things done.

Good...but also this degeneracy..
Gay pride is basically killing itself. It's no longer about accepting homosexuality its about being as depraved as possible in public because you feel like it and its bigotry to say anything different.
I used to laugh at conservative Christians and their slippery slope arguments...well is open zoophilia and pedophilia really that far away now?
Gay conservatives really need to take control of this madness or things are not going to end well.
Absolutely, which is why it's impossible to support the "pride" movement as there are so many radicals and weirdos that have co-opted the movement to push their own sick agendas.
But, gay ex-Muslims that have suffered and are still suffering violent oppression in the name of conservative Islam publicly banding together to say enough is enough is a cause I can get behind 100%.

The atlantic has a decent article about gay rights and it ties in with these weirdos who go out of their way to be gross and then claim they aren't accepted by society.

BBC Panorama did a story on anti-semitism in the Labour party last night...someone in the Labour party was awfully happy with it with this now deleted tweet.
I've watched most of it, some uploads currently live on Youtube (its about an hour long).
Kind of hilarious really..Panorama was pretty exposed as a lot of rigged bullocks on TR's documentary 'Panodrama'..but since Labour was key in having TR unpersoned off of the internet as well as their significant connection in participation with, defence of and ensuing coverup of the child grooming scandal well they can hardly reference him or gain any support there.
Will be interesting what the next voting intention poll shows.

So professional race baiter politician David Lammy has been receiving racist letters, the most recent specifically references Ann Widdecombe whom he is currently in an online feud with. Good ammo to have a go at her alright!
...except the thing is there is a slight whiff of Jussie Smollett about this as online folk start doing some amatuer handwriting analysis.
-
@Bones Yeah fair enough, thing is it doesn't seem to be without merit and some of the garbage this guy puts out along with the explosion of hate crime hoaxes recently it certainly asks for some scrutiny.
I'm looking at it this way, if I were kinda stupid or drunk, genuinely believed the means justifying the ends and I wanted to write a fake note that didn't look like my handwriting but still looked real, the easiest thing to do would be to write it all in caps.
Anyway hopefully there will be enough traction that some of his actual handwriting finds its way to the Met for investigation. By god it would be hilarious if it did get found out.

Boris.
Right, do something you oaf.
Beautifully summed up, my thoughts exactly!

I'm glad I'll be back in Godzone before October. Watching the next round of comedy from afar as Boris tries to make good on his promise to crash out with no deal while parliament stops him.
He dreams that he can make a silk purse out of the sow's ear of a deal May negotiated but he is going to have to roll that turd in glitter and sell it as a gold bottle of snake oil. -
Actually, on the comedy factor Boris waving around a kipper the other day was a great trailer for the episodes to come.
An Isle of Man kipper upheld as an example of the 'crazy regulations' enforced by Eurocrats when not only did he fail to recognise that the IOM is not in the EU (or even the EEA) but that the regulations he was complaining about were enacted by the UK and outside of the scope of EU food safety. Couldn't even fact check a fish. -

Fuck knows hw we've ended up with him as PM
Actually, it is no real surprise considering the continued disregard for the UK electorate from the last few incumbents in power.
