T20 Internationals. Nz v Aus

@kiwimurph agreed

To be fair the Aussies have come prepared for him. They know he gets steep bounce and that bowled and lbw are out of play for most balls. They have decided that ramp shots and using the pace to go behind the wicket is a great option especially when the restrictions are in place.
It’s up to our coaches to counter couch the tactics. -

Big Kyle makes it onto this list - well done son
Not really a patch on Ben Wheeler's 3.1-64-0 though.
Ouch!
You have to go right to the bottom of that list to find someone else with an economy rate of 20.
Sadly it's Hamish Bennett.

I was going to the wgtn match with the lads. Now we'll be catch up to watch it somewhere. Good that its continuing but...

@paekakboyz You are still allowed attendances of up to 100 at level 20 so your number might come up in the sweepstake draw for those hundred tickets.

Fuck, things have definitely escalated since I last checked. What’s the go at level 20 ? Do I need to set up a toilet in the bedroom ?

Level 2 disruption aside, this has been the most appalling scheduling by NZC. Starting on a Monday night was ok just because it was Australia and it was Hagleys' lights' debut so we sold it out. But then a day game midweek followed which is ludicrous at the best of times and worse still is thoroughly disrespectful to cricket fans who subscribe to Spark Sport wholly to follow the game but can't watch it because (hello, NZC, do you fucking realise this??) they have jobs. This is then followed by a week long break including a weekend with no games.
