I don't like the black box part at all. Too much big brother.
Pretty much standard on VW & BMW these days. Diagnostics track your speed, location occassionally, MPG, etc.

Has it really come to this? Support a deal that is the worst possible option or democracy in the UK is undone?
That's pretty much the situation. Probably the majority of MPs don't want to Leave the EU and many simply want to ignore the referendum result.

Same with Renault and Nissan. Any new car basically has it's whole life usage recorded

From omniglot...
The real joke it is so grammatically incorrect it doesn't say what it is meant to say...
-
@Victor-Meldrew I might agree with you if I knew any Cornish at all!
-
It actually reads- "Full of eels my hovercraft is doing."
Resurrected language with about 3k speakers. Been learning it for 3 months. Thought a 2nd language might be useful for Brexit...

MP's took control today on Brexit and voted on 8 option to see what parliament really wanted. Here's the result...
-
@Victor-Meldrew I guess you gotta laugh

Rees-Mogg explaining some of the logic behind his decision to potentially support the deal. Basically he sees that no-deal is completely off the table now and if they don't at least get some sort of Brexit then there could very well not be one. Getting a shitty Brexit means they can at least start moving toward getting a proper one.
-
I could never vote for this deal
I have no confidence in the prime ministerThe backstop is an issue
I will vote for the deal if the DUP support it
I will vote for this deal
May is a heroine of our times.
.... all quotes from the same person. I actually think he's the smartest person in politics. His view and arguments are generally well articulated and built on solid logic. His logic here is this deal is up against no Brexit, so he'll vote for it.
But I don't think the same person can expect to say all of the above and get away with it.

Well, that would probably have to include whole swathes of the Conservative & Labour parties - who voted for a referendum, promising to implement the result, then said it was advisory only, then agreed to implement it, then said "let's have another vote"...
-
@Rembrandt said in Brexit:
I see EU Parliament has just voted in Article 13. Britain really needs to get the hell out of there deal or no deal.
Disgraceful law, there is another one coming hot on the heels of this.
Article 13 voted in by mistake, apparently. Wrong voting buttons pressed.
-
@Victor-Meldrew yeah, read that. Wonderful.

Is he retarded? With what confidence based on everything that has passed so far does he envisage an ability to change the terms once they've left?

He has a better chance of changing things if they leave than changing things if they dont leave....
