An entire generation of English outside backs have been cursed to repeat the Jason Robinson skip-step at contact.

Yes, but generally Robinson had the ball when performing said side-step

Faf de Klerk having another great game. England struggling when SA up the pace and aggression.

Shields largely anonymous - can't figure out if he anonymous or doing tons of unseen work

Boks in one week from 7th to 3rd in World Rankings. Quite Hilarious.

Ben Youngs was curt and seriously rude when the Sky reporter tried to interview him after the game. Pretty appalling really and shows the real problems that Jones has to deal with or has created.

Jones has poor man-management skills. He's also a believer in "do whatever you want, as long as we're winning".

Link McKenzie was the same, which led to a lot of player tension.

I see he has (been made to) apologised. Said it was an emotional time. Tosser. Itโ€™s not like you havenโ€™t experienced being a loser before.

The RU (please change to the ERU) must be checking the extended contact they signed Eddie on for the wording of those out clauses.

The (E)RU are actually in a little financial doo-doo due to poor management of Twickenham re-building costs apparently. Big redundancies planned with most of the cuts coming at grass-roots level.

Buying out Jones is estimated to be in excess of ยฃ1m according to *The Guardian

I watched it and he seemed perfectly fine tbh. He simply answered her predictably tired and uninsightful question. Having answered it, he walked off. Curt, but not rude.

Fuck off. He doesn't owe anyone AB apology for that. The media really are a pack of snowflakes if that is considered the height of rudeness these days.

Still not sold on the Boks being "back". Lets see how they go against the Argies and the Wobs first.

Still, I hope you're taking pleasure from them beating the Poms twice ... I know I am.

@nepia Definitely. Winning cures all ills. It's nice to actually look forward to a game for a week, rather than be resigned to an upcoming beating. It has been a miserable two years

What a woeful performance for the last 70 minutes. That was as bad as anything I've seen from England recently. The Saffers were just so much quicker in thought and deed and any time England looked like building some pressure some dick would do something stupid, petulant or clumsy and give RSA an out. De Klerk and Vermuelen very good again.

Something is very wrong in the England camp at the moment.

Oh and by the way it is the RFU.

@billy-tell No. That would be arrogant ๐Ÿ˜‡

It's the RFU because when they formed the union it was the only union, others that followed identified themselves by their locations be it county, country or province.

A simple vote at the AGM and it would become the ERFU. More chance of pigs flying I would think.
