"Current model" - 16th June 2018
103.4kg - Chest 120cm - Waist 112cm - Hips 112cmToday: 101.6kg - Chest 118cm - Waist 111cm - Hips 112cm
This week was -1.8kg and -3cm
Loving the first week
Gives you a chance to lose the bloat and have a cracking start with the most basic exercise and diet changes.
Will be interesting to see what the rate of change can be as I increase the exercise. I'll be aiming for half a kilo per week as a minimum, and see where I can get to by September 1 - from here it would be 96.6kg.

@nta you should do that easy bro!
thats the thing that cracks me up on those biggest loser and other weight type programmes (Mrs TR watches them) you get these people that way 150-200kg and after a month they have only managed to lose 2kg or something pathetic, and while yes any weight loss is worth celebrating for them, at that weight, if they are on a diet recommended by a Dr and doing any exercise, they should be losing 3 times that much.
I weighed in at 93.5kg on Wed, which is the lowest I've been in maybe 5 years or so, all down to eating less, and is a loss of 5kg in 3 months...I should do some measurements too, I think I have a record of mineself when I was at my highest ever weight of 103kg too!!

@taniwharugby I've got the spreadsheet with all my stuff in it, and charts to go with. It is instructional to look at the summaries:
Started to plateau once I got into the low 90s. Reckon that's about where I need to stay.

@nta LOL. Like the girls in the 70βs, showing my age, with their sprayed on jeans. The stories that were told of their friend holding the jeans for them while they jumped into them. Heck, 34. I just fitting into a 36 so I got some catch up.
Fark. Found this picture from 6 years ago (~100kg) and I don't think I have these jeans any more because they got too big!
Tried on the 34s and it was strangle-junk-muffin-top-city!

Walk this morning. Would have been more of a run but The Boy (14, nearly my height) insisted on tagging along.
He slow as fuck. And not just the walking.
I was up just after 6 and it took the little bastard nearly 15 minutes to get ready
then once we're on the road I had to remind him how to power walk and then, when I wanted to do a 1km jog he conked out after about 700 metres. Soft.
3km in 29 minutes. Fuck that.
