    Both first fives tonight are incredibly talented footballers but neither can “run a game” as great players like Fox or Mertens or Carter could.

    They are too brilliant that when they are in trouble their default is to try to do something brilliant instead of taking the percentage option. I wonder if their coaches actually mention their option taking to them.

    DMac playing well within himself tonight, usually he bolts through a half gap with afterburners but has been quiet tonight wonder if he may be carrying an injury
