Started watching Rake, it’s pretty entertaining. The guy that played Dewey Crowe in Justified shows up in one episode, I had no idea he was an Aussie and was great playing that red neck in Justified .

This is not a drill. I repeat, this is not a drill.

I have watched a couple of episodes of Mobcity, set in the early 20s in LA.
Has a decent looking cast with a number of recognizable faces (not a-listers) like the dude out of Punisher, the chick out of Man in the high castle, Ed Burns and a few others
Started ok, is only 1 season, not sure if it was cancelled or just ended.
Had a look at S6 of Strike Back, no Damien Scott, no Michael Stonebridge, and just the feel of the 1st ep (even with the usual scenes...) made it seem almost, cartoonish and the action scenes didnt seem to have as much attention paid to them as previously.

I thought it was just a one off 6 episode show? I remember watching it a while back (at least 3 or 4 years ago) and not being very impressed.

Ozark S2 starts at end of the week as does the Amazon Jack Ryan series which could be hit or miss (they seem to have delayed its start for a long time, presumably to make changes as they are viewing it as a potential flagship)
Outstanding. I love me a bit of Ozark. Always good when you go into a show with zero expectations and it turns out awesome.

Disenchantment on Netflix by Matt Groening.
Not badThe demon is pretty cool
When does it get good? 2 episodes in, and I'm not feeling it yet. I can see the potential, with the more "adult" gags compared to Simpsons/Futurama... but the execution seems lacking.

@taniwharugby I can vaguely remember some of the last episode but I watched S1 of Ozark when it was released - July 2017.

There’s actually a short recap available from Netflix and other YouTube vids recapping S1 that refresh the memory easier than rewatching
I think Netflix realised it was going to be a bit confusing with the long gap and the way the new series just continued on as they were even suggesting a rewatch of S1 themselves -
Finished Ozark. Worthy follow up but falls victim to season two issue; namely it's not new. Character development is good. Plot is still good and logical with a few surprises. Still too short - I now need to wait a year again.

I've only watched Ep1 of Season 2 so far - could have done with a 3 minute recap (although I didn't actively search to see if there was one - just clicked on "watch now" on the home screen).
EDIT: having now read further up the thread, I see there are recaps available. I might avail myself of one...

Solid start to Jack Ryan

The saturation marketing campaign kinda put me off it... but I guess if the reviews are still good after a season, I'll consider it.
I'm guessing the character arc is going to be slightly different than the source material... no becoming US President after a 747 is flown into the Capitol State Building? (Would be a bold move to have that screen as a final episode in about... oh... 1 weeks time) -
