@rembrandt A few of the guys are cute and genuine (so will no doubt be cast out sooner rather than later) I will watch as long as there are still a few with humanity. Some of them are truly fucking appalling. There is one guy who nicknamed himself The Goose, talks in third person, looks like Ben Stiller in Dodgeball, and is equally creepy and slimy. I would pay money to watch him get eaten by crabs.

Below The Surface
Danish thriller
Very good. Up to episode 4 -
Unforgotten 3 finished last night and was certainly a bit different to your regular procedural
:::
The show has always been as much about the effects of events on people's lives as about solving a crime and it was really only a matter of time before the police themselves would suffer more than simple sadness and empathy.
Still left things open for a 4th series though, which would likely take a different direction again.

I've got rss feeds enabling automatically downloading torrents for various TV shows, and occasionally one opens the folder to find some pleasant surprises.
Today - Mr Mercedes, Season 2 - is apparently a thing.
(@Tim - Venture Bros was another one of those... got home to discover that sitting in my "downloads" directory, quite pleased) -
Mr Mercedes is excellent

@mikethesnow season 2 you are talking about?
I've held off watching it as I felt it probably should have ended after S1 so not sure S2 would be worthwhile

I binged on 11.22.63 this week. I wasn't familiar with Stephen King's novel but this was an enjoyable watch.
Only one more episode of Sharp Objects left. This series has been a slow burner for an 8-part series because after Ep6 you still weren't sure who the killer was. But Ep7 reveals more secrets and turns everything on its head. The final episode should be great.

Really liking Sinner, think it's great - geez Bill is a skinny bugger now!
Sharp Objects is good also, bit more of a slow burner, the missus prefers that and I prefer Sinner.

No I’ve been slack with recent Stephen king books,
He has written some classics but gee he does tend to waffle in his stories -

Watched the season finale of Harlots last night, and they bloody well better have a third season. While a few fuckers got their just desserts, too many others did not.
Also, I see that Sensing Murder has continued its proud tradition of ending another season without either solving a case, or providing a whit of new information. How that show continues to get funding, I honestly don't know. I just feel so sorry for the families.
