Aus turned down a lot of kickable 3s. But, even coming from me who is a take the 3 sort of guy, it never felt like the wrong decisions.

That's what chasing a game can do.

    I'm watching this now.

I just fell out of my chair on the 35th minute. Jerome does know that rule after all? No attempt to find a way to weasel out if it.

    Didn't bother watching. Please explain.

@jegga Boks won 23-12. Aussies lurch from one poor performance to another.

"Oui, Jerome. Ok, listen carefully. I shall say this only once. We have a deal".

@frank would he want to follow Deans' footsteps?

Says he wasnt ready for the ABs, not sure he'd rush over the ditch.

    @taniwharugby
I agree he won't take it.
But I think it's possible the Aussies might try.
They really are in a dire situation.

I didn't watch it either. From all reports the winner was the NRL.

@virgil 6 by my count. 2 vs Ireland, 2 vs us, and 1 each to Boks and Argie.

Rugby Australia can't afford to pay Cheika out.
They can't afford to hire a new coach.
Neither situation would improve the player pool, coaching pool, or pathways.
    Welcome to Australian Rugby.

Of course, picking Beale at 10 again was always going to work out one way.

I haven't seen the game. Why bother?

I thought Aust got beaten up in the forwards, and the Boks certainly dominated the collisions.

That pass in the first minute from Beale makes Jordies quick throw in a couple weeks ago look like a genius move

Which is no shock as our pathways are so supidly weak
