If there's one thing you shouldn't fuck with in NZ it's RWC coverage. Spark may need to change their branding and name again if this doesn't go smoothly.

Aggressive new broadcasting entrant Spark Sport has reaffirmed its interest in rugby content and backed the Nations Championship concept as New Zealand Rugby looks for ways to fill its coffers and keep its best players.Since it secured the rights to the Rugby World Cup, Spark has not been afraid of admitting that it is in the market for more rugby rights. "We've been quite open that we're interested in all sports rights going forward, including rugby," Latch said. Not sure I like that much as most of the rugby personalities running around add nothing of any benefit. In fact they often detract from it.

Not really to do with the RWC, but I didn't know where else to post this.
I was about to sign up to Fanpass but the very day I started the process, they whacked the price up to $99/month.
I'll probably give the $38.99 package for 6 months min a go as a result of their price drop.

If they did full games available on replay, not their shit 10 mins build up, 10 mins post match, 5 mins highlights it might be coming close to worth it.
I will stick with rugbypass which has pretty much every game on the planet, in full (or decent length highlights), for whenever I want to watch it, including a back catalogue of a year. For less.
