Aussie's starting to question Jacindamania ...
well if Coronavirus keeps on keeping on, she will have a financial crisis to deal with and no amount of hugging will solve it.
Find it interesting there is a group to look into the impact on our tourism form the outbreak, but what about all the other impacted industries? Fisheries, forestry, dairy etc? add in the drought over many parts of NZ, smiles and hugs wont cut it anymore, she needs to step up and be the leader her followers think she is.

@taniwharugby or the leader you'd want her to grow into? especially if Labour secures another term?
Figured tourism would feel the impact first compared to other industries? if the virus starts popping up in places we call on for seasonal workers then things will go up a notch.

There was a similar article in the Guardian about her. Smiles and hugs are wearing thin
National seem to have decided that rather than attack her they’ll go after Labour’s bizarre attitude towards gangs and crime . Labour seems keen to help them too , read the article and ask yourself if this feral should be free

@Paekakboyz well nothing to date has shown she has what it takes to be a great leader, but hey, if she does, great!
Other industries are already suffering from the outbreak in China, but its just Tourism that gets the working group to help them was my point there.

@jegga WTF.
This is my favourite part
"All my crimes have been decent crimes... nothing devious about them. For us and where we're from, we judge crime like this: if you've done a burglary, stole a car, shot somebody, stabbed somebody... any of these things, they're all decent," Shaw told the outlet.
"What's not, is like pedophiles and things like that. I was a little bit pissed off that I'm booted out of jail. I don't think they wanted a dead Māori in their jail... not one dying of starvation."
Shaw implied that the cause needs a martyr.
"I'm not going to be accountable to the thieving, parasitic, racist, capitalist, criminal justice system."

Am I the only one here who’s first thought when Golriz Ghahraman announced she had MS immediately thought of her constant claims for victim status and history of lying and exaggeration and thought “ this could be yet more bullshit “?
Sad but true. Is it insensitive to ask her to present a doctor's certificate?

It won’t happen, reporters are more likely to leave her alone for fear of being accused of bullying a woman with a sickness that might not show signs for decades . Shecan always claim down the track it was a misdiagnoses when years from now it becomes inconvenient

Well that in theory should put her on top of the victim hierarchy...though I think her crowd still rates non-binary/trans significantly higher so maybe its legit.
