One off mockumentary last night on the Beeb
Gary and Martin Kemp of Spandau Ballet fame
Was pissing myself

Toast Of London
Some genuinely weird shit in here from Matt Berry (IT Crowd) and a range of recurring and cameo guests (Jon Hamm, various British actors). Overall I found it was better to binge the 18 episodes over 3 series, which were loosely connected and ranged from "hilarious" to "WTF?"
Some nudity in there as well. Masonic Orgy is all I'll say.
I have only just caught up with this one. Hidden Gem IMO.
Watching it after seeing him in WWDITS makes it even funnier.

Altered Carbon S2 isn't a patch on the first. It's missing nearly everything that made the first so good.
I hope it gets better in the 2nd half
-
@mariner4life I binged it while in quarantine, thinking all the time "this is so stupid, and the characters are so flimsy, but what else am I going to do?"
-
They got a bigger name actor to be Kovacs and somehow made the character worst.
-
@mariner4life I been meaning to watch that, maybe I'll wait for the next lockdown...

Don't bother
-
I mean, I've watched 5 of 8 episodes. Now i have to stop because the kids came home. And i wonder if I will bother finishing
Although the kids could probably watch it. It's not overly violent, and there are no titties
-
@mariner4life I think I will wait for the next lockdown then!

Good review. I'll pass.

Just throw in the fact it’s set on a ridiculously long train in an ice age and you can bet I’ll be sidestepping it too.

Ok I thought I'd missed something. Isn't that the plot of snow piercer? I thought it must be an in joke but perhaps @MN5 just had a senior moment.

All points apply equally.

Warrior Nun - nice rack
I've just finished watching this myself. And yes, Alba Baptista provides some eye candy.
I enjoyed it for what it was, particularly after watching Dark and The Haunting of Hill House immediately prior. Both of those shows required more attention to keep up with the plot and to not miss any clues along the way.
