I do like Sandra, I really do. I'm actually the king of romantic comedies, not ashamed to admit it, and I like many with her in them
But this movie just seemed like they took an incredible movie (I LOVE the original), and tried to ride its coat-tails on a woke-wave (TM)
I guess it's great that they did a good job of it though!

I guess this was supposed to be a comedy, but I'm finding Will Ferrell gets less and less funny nowadays. It's like those American dudes who keep going back and hanging out at high school haunts wearing their football jacket. A bit sad.2 ja ja ding dongs out of 5 points for Iceland.

Waves
I pretty much got dragged to this by the other half and it was for the sake of going to the movies which we haven't done for ages for obvious reasons. Really thought provoking, particularly for those of us who are Parents on here. Not a huge amount of dialogue at times but brilliantly made, you always know exactly what is going on.
It's the kind of movie which will absolutely clean up at the Oscars next year, if they have them.
Bloody hard to give a standard fern review out of 5 but I definitely recommend it.

at the very least Hobbs and Shaw is one of the more fun action movies of recent times
