Is it me or do these despicable events appear to happen more in Labour run organisations?
It’s generally in Labour supporting areas as these have the more “deprived” people in it. And yes, there is a certain amount of optics involved too. I.e - the perpetrators might not be straight white men, and thus untouchable.

Tremendous performance
Unfortunately when his Northern brethren continue to vote in Tories, he’s just pissing in the wind

Agree with the former.
But lost on your second one. Almost all that shit he’s talking about is London Labour crap.

Mate, that’s laughable when the Labour Party has been the nursery of all forms of identity politics and wokeism for years.

Yeah, was confused by that post.
For me it was directly aimed at Labour for abandoning the working class people like him.

I was unaware that the fascists and capitalists he was referring to are the Labour Party
Thanks for clarifying that

And if it was wholly aimed at the Labour Party who’ve abandoned their working class supporters then voting the Conservatives in ‘to show Woke London’ is not the move of smart men

A quick google shows that 7 of the top 20 richest MPs are Labour. So maybe they talk a good game about capitalism, but in reality…

But is that new money earned in the real world compared with old family money?
-
@mikethesnow dunno, is Tony Blair old money?

Were we watching the same thing?
This guy should be Labour through and through. But he can’t identify with all the shit coming from the young Labour woke.
At least that’s my read on it.

This is just glorious. Arch anti-vax campaigner and capitalist-conspiracy-theorist (and Jeremy Corbyn's brother) caught taking £10k bribe to stop rubbishing vaccines...

His barrister father wasn't born wealthy but was successful and Blair was educated at Fettes, the Scottish equivalent of Eton. Good for him.
Personally, I couldn't give a stuff whether a politician's family is wealthy or not. The issue for me is how so many on the Left try to hide their wealth, engage in legal tax-avoidance schemes and send their kids to Public schools while campaigning with righteous indignation against the very same things.

It’s also amazing but I’m sure just coincidental how many Laborite children get to go to the very best state schools, grant maintained grammar schools and what have you.

Pick your rationale:
"I had no choice due to tory education cuts"
"My child has specific needs and I chose the best school for him/her"
"I'd be happy not to send my child to a Grammar school. but unfortunately they still exist and everyone wants to do the best for their children"

For all the fury about Farage on GB News, by Fuck does he have good guests and open up discussion points.
Loads of guests on different political spectrums, all treated with respect and all points debates and all At an intelligent level. I’m genuinely surprised given how much I used to despise him. He’s actually very good.
Enjoyed this segment which relates to our above discussion:

@majorrage Thanks.
Couldn't stand Farage on LBC, but I'll give him a watch.
