This was rather big in 1980

Something different from 1982. Spot the well-known actors in the video.

    You'll be disappointed....

It was Funky Town, Psuedo Echo

    I'm not proud of it

I think this was my first "taped off the radio". Or maybe - Star Trekkin'. Back off, I was a kid.
First dubbed tape - Def Leppard - Hysteria.
First purchased tape - GnR - Use Your Illusion II.
First CDs - Smashing Pumpkins - Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness, Queen - Greatest Hits I&II, and something else... can't remember. Just remember buying 3 at once.

The first cassette I remember buying was Men at Work's Business as Usual.

I won't pick the obvious song.

@kruse Casey Cason American Top 40...hated it when they talked through the song intro or before it finished as you sat there fingers hovering over 'play/record' after waiting an hour for the song you wanted

Fuck yes... especially the end... you think you've finally got a pristine perfectly timed recording, and then the fluffybunnies start prattling on about some shit with 30 seconds of the song to go.
And I distinctly remember trying to get a recording of November Rain... 90% of the time the station would cut the song off when it sounded like it was coming to a finish, but actually had a couple of minutes to go.

My first album 🙂 Had to share it with my brother (not Duluth before he bans me) and it was sold in the supermarket, only album that was at the time.

    Come at me.
