@antipodean not looking for an argument, have said i thought that maybe they were vulnerable, the Ukraine has an airforce etc, if theres not chance then yes of course fastest route, its just potentially "eggs in one basket" if they have missed something or the west does decide to get involved

@tim he had to get permission from local Iwi to build, I believe at some point he will 'gift' it to them as well, plus helped rebuild the local Marae after a fire, so possibly fly under the radar due to having Iwi on side?
@dogmeat are enough ferals in the local area there, they dont need more.
I believe he also owns a Penthouse suite in one of the Downtown Auckland buildings (usually flies by chopper form Auckland)

I'm not arguing with you, I'm explaining.

@antipodean it was just the "Why wouldn't you take the quickest route if you've already done your recon and your flanks aren't vulnerable?" question, comes across a little confrontational when you could have taken from what i said above that i wondered as a layman if they might actually BE vulnerable

Most reports I've seen is Russia has been spending a considerable portion of GDP on their military.
4% which is similar to the US.

interesting seeing which countries abstained
Either Russia or China heavily invested in some of those African nations. Follow the money.
Armenia, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyrzstan are no shock given they don't want to be "liberated" next.
