Things continue to pan out well for Putin and his desire to prevent NATO expansion.
And...
Nato is making plans to deploy a permanent full-scale military force on members’ borders to prevent a further Russian invasion as it adapts to a “new reality”. Nato now has 40,000 troops under its direct command on Europe’s eastern flank, from the Baltic to the Black Sea. This marks a nearly tenfold increase on the size of its force before Russia invaded Ukraine on February 24.

Fuck not too worrying????? - Jesus!!!
He better watch the skies for drones...
I don't see how this has resulted in wins for Russia. Border countries have been chased into the arms of NATO, Putin and his cronies are pariahs who will never step foot out of Russia or its close allies again, and all that money for oil and gas will dry up for the foreseeable future. Not to mention all those frozen reserves and assets

'Of course, this would be the ultimate Hail Mary, and one I am writing about because it is for me a leading concern'
A less charitable take is to get above the noise of every other "expert", one has to envisage the worst possible outcome and pretend it's likely to drum up views...

@paekakboyz said in Ukraine:
@pepe replacing tanks or even planes is one thing, but warships? that's another story entirely.
Or lost prestige....
