Unless the Coda digitally inserts Duvall then I doubt it will make much difference. Don't think I'm up to rewatching 3 again when I can just rewatch The Godfather again.

@Nepia true, but Mrs BayImports and i are going to rewatch the entire series, but instead of three watch the remastered version, so yes re watching the original is definitely part of the deal

Mads Mikkleson plays a retiring assassin who gets betrayed causing to launch into a John Wick style mission. Mads was fucken great. Dark, brooding, super violent. There was some serious action in this film, a oddly cast Matt Lucas as the main bad guy who actually seemed to work. Mads has a couple intense sex scenes, one with a hot Belarusan chick and the other a female henchwoman who looked like Alexandra Daddario with great norks. For that reason it gets a strong 4 banged sindys out of 5 multiday torture sessions

The Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent
Nicholas Cage stars as Nic Cage an actor hired by Pedro Pascal's character to visit him in Spain for his birthday. It's an action/comedy/parody.
This was great fun. Cage and Pascal are really good together and it stays just on the right side of going too far into parody.
I know there's some Kate Beckinsale obsessives on here (skinny horsey middle aged English women seem to be the flavour in this place - see Elizabeth Hurley too
), they'll be interested to know her daughter (with Michael Sheen) plays Cage's daughter in this. Also stars Tiffany Haddish, Neil Patrick Harris and that Irish comedy actress who pops up in lots of US shows/movies (Sharon Horgan according to Wiki). -

I was deciding between this, the Cage movie, and Everything Everywhere All At One which is supposed to be good - this after I struggled to find a movie to watch for two weeks running pre Easter (I have vouchers that need to be used by the end of June).

That means zip to me. I just saw Viking soaked in blood and that was good enough for me.
I believe the other 2 are also good value. Rare to actually have a choice for once!

Once Upon a Time in Hollywood
As is always the way with Tarantino movies they demand multiple viewings to pick up little things you might have missed and gauge where they sit in his list, ie closer to Pulp Fiction ( probably still his best overall ) or Death Proof ( still surprisingly ok at times )
So my findings after watching in the lounge as opposed to the Movie theatres are……
Brad and Leo are both just absolutely cool as fuck in this, the chemistry is as great as you’ll ever get with two straight men. Margot Robbie is hot as a hot thing playing the equally hot Sharon Tate, the Spahn ranch scene is great, the Bruce Lee scene is silly but fun, the overall “feel” for 60s Hollywood is absolutely bang on…..
BUT……
It has some scenes that are boring and just drag……Al Pacino is less than dynamic, the scene with the little kid actress is boring and unnecessary, there was scope for a much more compelling storyline involving the hippies and their motives ( or a storyline full stop ) also why does Tarantino have to shoehorn Zoe Bell into all of his movies !?!?!?!
So yeah, after having a think my list would be something like this

the first one was one of the most amazing things i have ever seen in a cinema. Just visually stunning.
yeah the story was a bit naff. And it's not something i have watched that many times over the however many years it's been.
But that trailer looked like it could have been from the same movie, and the visuals are suddenly not as impressive as they are no longer new.
Will wait until it hits Netflix

i wasn't even super blown away with the effects back then, i think because its this alien world...it almost moved too close to just being animated. I think the effects in movies like dr strange are more impressive because theyre real world things doing things they shouldn't be able to do if that makes sense
...and i just couldn;t get past sitting there thinking..."this is just dances with wolves or the last samurai in space"
@antipodean i honestly dont think you missed much, i think its probably one of the few blockbusters ive never bothered to watch again
