They aren’t that good to be fair. Plenty of heart and effort and we didn’t deal with that well last week but abilities wise they aren’t very good. Lots of good but not excellent players in that team.

Disagree on Valentini. He is a very good player. Tonight they all got beat up.

NZ have evidently needed an injection of new blood for quite a while.
They hung on to incumbents in a few too many positions and got found out.
Samisoni, De Groot, Lomax are revelations.
Jordie at 12 has finally been tried and proven to be the answer. Its that simple.
Papalii was still motoring in 80th minute. Very combative in the tight.
Jury still out on left wing, centre and blindside flanker. Cover at lock needs minutes.

I think the comment was that they had been doing some background work which they probably had.Yeah, and, he should also mention they would never have picked him to start at 12 unless Havili was injured.
