Monster Energy wins $293 mln false-advertising verdict against rival Bang
Monster Energy Co convinced a California jury on Thursday to award it $293 million in damages from rival Bang Energy in a lawsuit alleging that Bang falsely advertised the ingredients and health benefits of its drinks.
According to the lawsuit, Bang advertised its "Super Creatine" as being "20 times more effective at reaching the brain than other forms of creatine," and said its energy drink can "reverse mental retardation" and help cure disorders like Alzheimer's and Parkinson's Disease.
Monster said "Super Creatine" does not contain real creatine or provide the health benefits of creatine.

Good. The stupidest thing about this is that I totally agree with the ideology. I fucking hate private jets, think they are a colossal waste of resources & would happily stand in front of a Golfers private jet to stop it taking off. I sort of understand it for global leaders (safety etc) but rich people, golfers etc. Nah, fuck that - absolutely no need. Fly first class on BA and use less resources / create less emissions and fuck your ego.

Yep, it’s stupidity beyond belief. There is no great groundswell of approval for the use of private jets, so who’s opinions are you trying to change.
To me it looks like some over privileged kids looking for a bit of look at me time.
