@Cyclops they seem to be - and it's smart use of the rules. Arguably unethical, but it's elite sport.

Question is why check the edge for a stumping? It's not what the umpires are ruling on.

Not a word usually associated with the Strayan Cricket Team

Even on this pitch 76 runs is just not enough to defend.

Nah, that few runs you have to back the batters. It would take a miracle.

OK Head has decided enough fucking around. Cricinfo jumped from 17 to 31 in fairly short order.

Leaving Travis Head at home. What an inspired decision that turned out to be.

Crowd looks massive at the new stadium. Not capacity but big.

Wow what a first ball. Kohli at 2nd slip takes it, but it wasn’t hit.

Yesterday was a reasonable day for Aussie with the bat

Some tour matches before the first Test would’ve been useful

The issue is that home boards play silly games and give touring teams pitches that bear no resemblance to what they wind up playing on. I get it, but Australia considered it and declined

Green with his first Test century. Khawaja at the other end with 150

An in form Green helps the balance of the Aussie side so much

Green is finally out. He's a fantastic player already and will only get better.

Not if Australia doesn’t stuff him around like every other all rounder of the past 15 years….

Green casually rolling in after 15 overs and bowling the low 140's. Talent.

Getting pumped though; went for 21 in one over. Still looks a ridiculously good player

Kohli gets his ton at long long last.

And Lyon is up to 58 overs in the innings. Wow. Australia have India 455/5 and with only 4 1/2 sessions to go, India are not going to lose barring a catastrophe.

Australia could have a tricky few sessions to survive on Day 5. Will be fascinating.

Australian batsmen showed the pitch is fairly benign.
