What a fucking excellent film. What a wonderful statement to a guy like me, in his 40s now, and wondering what the fuck he's doing with his life.

Loved the scenery. The acting was great. The zone-out scenes were funny as, and the whole family loved it.

I'll concur. 4.5 porpoises out 5 snow leopards.

dude, it's Monica Belucci, seeing her naked is not exactly difficult. However i had little else to do

But, it was called "The Brotherhood of the Wolf" and it was about a werewolf i think. I don't know, it was a bit shit. I'm pretty sure Monica was the werewolf, but i didn't stick around to find out. The main character looks like pre-drugs Mickey Rourke. Vincent Cassel, in a change for him, plays a smug arrogant Frenchman. And Monica is a whore.

It's shit, just use google images.

Saw that years ago. Think I quite enjoyed it. May gave been drunk.

It lost me towards the end. In my recollection Monica was not the wolf and it was some dudr dressed up.

That's all I can tell you.

Gene Wilder was one funny man, his movies with Richard Pryor were pretty good but he could have retired after blazing saddles and still been a legend . Didn't he have to give away acting because he lost his hearing?

He was a pretty good Willy Wonka too. Much better than the bizarre Michael Jackson creature depicted by Depp.

See no evil hear no evil is pretty bloody funny.

From IMDB....

The role of Bart was intended for Richard Pryor, but due to the controversial nature of Pryor's stand-up routines of the day and his background, Mel Brooks couldn't secure financing for the project with Pryor in that role. So Pryor was made a co-writer of the script, and Cleavon Little played Bart. Pryor later got to star in a different western comedy - Adiós Amigo (1976).

I think the bloke who did play Bart did an awesome job though even though I never saw him in anything else, him and Wilder were fucken classic....

He was but he died pretty young. I can't imagine Pryor being as good.

Delirious is absolutely hilarious. But his career would be dead if he said a lot of those things now.

*bonus points for watching Borat on a plane and the little kid across the aisle from me, and one row in front, who was also watching it, and who unwittingly decided to pause it for his 30-minute lunchtime right at Borat's epic bedroom wrestling scene with hairy ox-man manager. So hungry right now

You won't find one iota of an argument about 2 and 3 ( I didn't bother with them as they're not "movies" as such ? ) but I personally found Borat ( like all SBC's work ) has just as many cringey WTF moments as genuine comedy.

Eddie is ( or rather was ) a deadset stand up comedy genius, I don't know a single bloke my age who doesn't love those two concerts but I for one would be interested how he'd go today over 30 years since his heyday.

Richard Pryors stand up is probably just as good to be honest, Youtube has some awesome stuff on it ( and Eddie freely admits to stealing so much of his material ), as good as he is though I agree, I can't see him doing Sheriff Bart as well as Cleavon Little did.

I'll give you Rambo, or to be accurate, First Blood, but all those that followed were very poor IMO.

Rocky and Rocky II are very good and the last one, Creed, which was quite surprisingly good. TBO, I didn't mind the second to last either, Rocky Balboa but III, IV and V are really shit.

Didn't really enjoy either of Stallones "R" movies. Sly isn't without his charms but Arnie shits all over him from a great height overall in my opinion.

Demolition Man is fucken great but a lot of that is cos of Wesley Snipes.

The last Rambo was one of the best action films of its era. Probably had the best fatalities for a long time.
