Sinners
This appears to be highly rated, was decent but nothing special.
Kinda like an updated Dusk till Dawn, but in reverse (vampires outside) hitting most of the Vampire cliches, and no Salma.I did think it had a pretty cool ending though.
3 fuck knows what out of 5 they got thiers

Read a great story about the re-make, Never say Never.
Apparently Moore and Connery, who were longstanding friends, hatched a plot for Moore to come on set and in the last shot of that film, when Connery walks down the street, bump into each other
Sadly the producers found out about it.....

That was the only one not made by the Broccolis right? Basically the same story as Dr No, there was some intellectual property dispute between them and the writer IIRC? An ageing Connory (at least by Bond standards) joined by Edward Fox, Kim Baysinger and a bit part for Rowan Atkinson

Thunderball.
Barbara Carrera was absolutely HAF
The movie itself was good stuff too, cool action scenes, beautiful locations and Connery actually made an effort

Ah Thunderball, that's right. Yes Fatima Blush was her name. It's probably dated, but I quite enjoyed it too. The video game Bond played with the villain seemed pretty cool at the time, Domination

Maybe there could be a separate thread for Bond gobblers?
You’re not in charge here. Just relax and take some viagra. It might make you Roger Moore

Not the first time and hopefully won’t be the last time that I show my appreciation for Vince Vaughn and posit that he’s vastly underrated
You’ll laugh, you’ll get dusty eyes, and be happier for watching it
3.5 dreams out of 5 realities

Four Lions. Darkly comic. Terrifically funny
4 1/2 exploding Crows out of 5 exploding Pandas

Warfare
Bold choice from the director et al. to portray a realistic take of modern warfare, starting with the mundane boredom of manning an OP to the chaos of rapid action.
Probably not what the average movie goer expects to see from a war movie, but this is a very good realistic take.
