I remember a TV ad that had two blokes at an Aussie beach looking at some fit young things and one says to the other "you know in Europe they go topless on beaches". Then it cut to two blokes on a beach somewhere in Europe disgusted by the flabby saggy tits on display and one says to the other "you know in Australia, they make them wear tops".

Let's be honest here. The bar isn't set as low as say, awful National Geographic tits. A couple of months ago on this very forum we pretty much unanimously panned the breastage of the American glitterboobed festival girl. So I'm guessing anybody who isn't at the level of her hot friend or above is going into the 70% wastage.

well, there's levels isn't there? When you are single and on the pull, your threshold is set way (way) lower. When you're comfortably married, and passing comment purely on aesthetic purposes, then that level goes way (way) up.
