This song is pretty cheesy, but the chorus rips.

♫There'll be plenty of what you need, there'll be plenty of nasty love♫

    RIP Layne and Kurt.

22 and 30 years ago today respectively.

Exceptional talents even if one is slightly underrated and the other slightly overrated.

Best era of rock music bar none.

A friend once helped Julian Cope move house - said he was a full spectrum autist who had a freakout when someone dropped one of his original packaged toys.

Good books about German and Japanese music though.

This is a hard rock song, but Jackson does impressive West Side Story style dances to it. Kind of underrated even if it was from Thriller, and was a number one (instruments played by Toto, except the Van Halen solo).

    @Tim

I saw Th' Dudes and Hello Sailor back in 2006. Sadly Ian Morris, Dave McArtney and Graham Brazier are no longer alive.

Early days for the best band ever.

Guitar nerds may take note of the fact that Page isn’t using a Gibson Les Paul.

Powerful stuff. All of them in their early to mid 20s. Just sensational.

Saw Dave Matthews Band at the Albert Hall last night. Reckon my wife and I were the only people not American.

Still an incredible venue, and they are one hell of a band. Carter Beauford is an absolute freak on the drums, I can see why many rate him up there with the very best (Professor, Baker, Bonham etc). He seems to have this technique where its all in the wrists. His arms seem to move slower than the average drummer, but the wrists are just a blur.

Aside, the gig was a bit meh to be honest. They play a strange setlist, with only about 2-3 hits and lots of secondary songs in there. Crush was awesome and easily the highlight song of the evening. About 2:20 in I'd had enough so left. Heard him start Don't Drink The Water on the way out (which is my fave DM song), so popped back in to see the horns guy start another solo and left.

Good gig, 6/10. Could have been so much better.

Saw Bring Me The Horizon with my oldest last week. So fucking good. Support acts were Sleep Token (wild that they are still the support for anyone, they're insanely unique and awesome), Make Them Suffer and Daine - all were fucking great. 40+ songs, 4+ hours of immense fun that neither of us will forget in a hurry.

They've been great the times I've seen them, but mostly because until a few years ago I knew every single song as one of my mates (a drummer who got into them due to Carter) would thrash the hell out of them on road trips, bbq's etc for 20 years.

Calling all guitarists on here - anyone have one with a Floyd Rose bridge? The lad has one, and we attempted the first string change the other night with youtube assisting. Fair to say it did not go well...

Anyone got a good resource or advice for working with these things? Bloody nightmare!!!

    What exactly went wrong ?

I currently own three guitars and two basses and have never had an issue changing strings.
