Sounds like Kane and Ross decided a score of 250 would be competitive which explains the way they batted. Can't fault that logic, so often in games like this we go too hard and get skittled. We really are blessed to have two such world class batsmen.

My strategy to reverse the Curse of the Meldrew's obviously worked.
At 192-6 with 5 overs to go, I gave up watching and tidied up the garage.

Played that logic last 4 games in a row .. finally played it on an apt pitch.

Feel the same. They are absolutely playing with house money at this point so whoever wins I'm fine with. Aussie would make any win sweeter, but England do have the propensity to fold under pressure so we have a better shot.

Well to be fair, ol' Nostradamus there predicted the kiwis could get an early night. Predicted we'd be lucky to get to 225 (we were very lucky to get 239). And obviously predicted a kiwi win, game was already over.
