Shame Flanders hasn't got more game time, I like what I've seen of him so far.

    I missed him!

5/6? Competition there from Robinson/Grace and even Fifita?

@pakman Flanders is a 8/6, although in his first Mitre 10 Cup season they used him as a replacement lock a few times. Not last year, though.

The AB YouTube channel has put up videos players in their next generation series. So far they have put up MMT, Flanders, Jordan, Clarke, PUJ, Sotutu, Boshier and Christie.

I doubt they have any inside source but you'd think most of these guys will be capped sooner or later.

I think all of those guys will be involved in the NI vs SI game.

    I'm sure @nta will comment

Meh. Haven't seen anything bar highlights of games.

    Prefer foreign cuisine?!

No, simply that I refuse to pay for a service that isn't delivering value - $25 / month is effectively $1 per game right now, and that isn't right.

A few debutants there. Lucky it's only Australia.

Lucky we're not parochial here in the capital either.

I think @mariner4life just fired a shot at the Canes with that line-up.

    Seriously though ...

... I'd find a place for Savea on the pine and a seat next to him for Aumua

I'd also have a think about the bench configuration. But that requires thinking ...

@mariner4life I mean honestly, that post has been there 6 hours and not even @Machpants has spluttered anything about the most dominant tackler in SRA.

Maybe they're all too stunned at Goosen not being selected.

Ofa T is the best THP IMO and should start. And no Ardie Savea in the 23 ?

@Machpants Interesting, but I would like also to know which players have the most explosive power over 5m to 15m. With so much stop/start and lower amount of time in a game with the ball in play, international Rugby is getting like NFL. Fitness will always be important but is not as important if the game has so many breaks.

It's only Oz, so scrummaging not huge priority.

If we see Beauden at 15 and Mo'unga at 10 again I hope the dynamics change more in Mo'unga's favour. By that I mean let the backline be his to run. Last year I felt Beauden was the chief even though he was at 15 and I reckon that unsettled Mo'unga.

@Crazy-Horse fair observation, and I think the game plan was probably weighted more toward BB than Mounga steering the ship. Sure you can see alot from 15, but at 10 you are right there and need to be the one making decisions not worrying that your senior player has made the call and you can see it aint on or can see something else.

    @pakman
So, if scrummaging is not the highest priority, why did you choose Laulala ahead of Ofa T ?
