Tubthumping by Chumbawamba. Worked at McDonalds in 97 or 98 (honestly cant remember which year) and that song played non stop.
Sheryl Crow All I wanna do.
M People Moving on up
Elton John & George Michael Don’t Let the sun go down on me
Shania Twain Man I feel like a woman
Meat Loaf Id do anything for love
That’s 6 anyway.
Are these songs you can’t stand or heard too many times?

Killers - humanWill add as I think of more.
that Killers song is a great shout, it's fucking terrible.
-
Will try and add more as I think of them, will be tough to narrow it down to 10…..
But just to be patriotic better throw some Exponents and Dave Dobbyn solo stuff in there.
I’m not sure how riots don’t break out whenever they’re played at sporting events.

@mariner4life all sports related

LOL - this thread looks like an argument between sober antipodean and drunk antipodean.
-
I honestly don't think I could make a list, I hear something and either skip it or change the station...mood or what I'm doing will also dictate if I don't want to listen too.
Plenty mentioned here I'd happily not hear again, but also don't mind from time to time.
Tubthumping is one I will always change though.

I think there is a strong correlation.
I don’t really hate any music as no matter how shite in your own opinion someone somewhere enjoys it, dances with grandad to it, maybe even scored, but yeah there are songs I will switch or ignore because they don’t do anything for me. -
-
Probably the top 10 songs on the charts in the past 20 odd years.
If there's one song that could cause me to commit murder it's that "All about the base song" by some fat chick.

Thought so as I see that list, and the first thing I think of almost all of them is they were massively overplayed when they come out. In recent times Someone you loved by Lewis Capaldi can be added to that list.

I've never heard them so in my music world they don't exist. But I would agree...

I don't mind that. But then I wouldn't, as I dig almost anything Vedder and I love that song.
What a shit audience though. Nodding along / tapping their feet in appreciation. I guess that's what happens at an awards show where people get together to honour themselves!
