Jesus, the taxpayer forked out $10 million for 10 jobs to a milk company the banks wouldn't touch.

Shitcunt goes overseas and makes a litany of bad decisions.....our spineless government say it's ok and he'll be allowed home.
Christ on a bike, they'll probably give him a beachside apartment just so he settles in ok.

And a benefit and WINZ card. Jesus wept

He is clearly delusional - saying he's been interviewed by NZ Security Intelligence operatives when apparently we haven't contacted him in any way.
Unpalatable though it may be it appears we are legally obliged to take him as under UN Charter we can't make him stateless and understandably no one else wants him.
He was complaining about being locked up by ISIS for drinking alcohol. The guys a nut job
-
@dogmeat I know some Security analyst was on TV this morning saying he could provide Intel on ISIS, seriously, this guy seems like a fool ISIS will be glad to be rid of and likely devoid of any useful intel.
I understand the whole 'stateless' thing, as shit as it is if he ends up back here, unless he is incarcerated elsewhere (which he isnt, basically a POW) then not much to be done about it.
Need to make an example of him though, and dont make it easy or him to return and lock him up once back.
-
@dogmeat I think the guy on TV this morning was saying they would require proof he has been involved in acts of Terror, whereas he says he was only a guard and only witnessed these acts (like beheading...)
He is likely to be an ideal test case for our Terrorism legislation
-
No suprises here, labour only care about victims of crime that have some sort of pr advantage for them .
-
The country just interviewed old Whinny...man that guy can be a twat!
So condescending, spends 5 minutes answering a question without actually answering a question.

No! A politician? Really? I am surprised. Shocked even.

@mariner4life he is even more so than the rest I reckon, the ultimate POlitician that old fella.

Give the man his dues, apart from that one blip when he lost Tauranga to Simon Bridges, he has displayed remarkable durability for a fully functioning alcoholic
-
@canefan Only because he is rarely if ever called out by the media for his bullying and bluster and when he is he blacklists that journalist.
That and the target audience for his BS are even more braindead than he is.
Actually he's not braindead - he has a rats base cunning

Oh yeah, he was taught by the best, reading right from the Muldoon handbook for dealing with the media. I remember Piggy terrorizing journos when I was young
-
@canefan and ran a Law practice...am sure he has a handbook with all the tricks in it, many authored by him.
Which was one of the things he was banging on about...I was earning more in a month in my law practice than I do in a year in Parliament, I earned alot more than our PM in my law practice. I know how to run a successful business, so know much more about running a business than anyone in National (was in response to Bridges supposedly having a go at St C for only ever really working in Govt) and Whinny laughed at the suggestion Bridges ran a Law Practice himself
