I struggle to believe the economy runs at 60% during level 4

Probably the best outcome given circumstances, now need to plug gaps in 12 days.
No identification of the original leak

I can believe it from what I saw around here at the time. Agriculture, horticulture, freight & logistics, supermarkets, food and beverage manufacturing, healthcare, aged care, all up and running, plus the people who were able to work from home.

Cindy says it isn't important to identify the source of the leak. WTF?! If we don't know how it got in how can we stop it next time? Of course it would be convenient not to find that the leak was associated with failure of quarantine protocol, which would reflect badly on the government...

I wonder if it indicates any of:
They are close to finding the source
Knew the source
Worried about backlash of Lockdown, Season 2
Realised they can't contain it and now formulating a plan to live with it?I kept working through, but I deal with people from all manner of industry, including some who have shut up shop, and some who have come back stronger.

A different strain of the virus compared to previously.
really? one Nz didn't have but others did?

It doesn’t effect me but is there a reason Rodney is at L3 and Tokoroa is at L2?
it's a separate island?

I hope lockdown doesn't effect the Tokoroa Rugby Players breeding academy or else New Zealand won't have any players to poach.

I suspect simplicity of drafting.
Oh I fully suspect its because of incompetence/laziness. I was hoping for a medical justification.

Most likely.
The sequence from the latest outbreak is not the same as from the community cases in our first original outbreak in New Zealand.

@Frank I'm definitely not voting Labour. It would be unpatriotic of me to do so since we don't win RWCs when they are in power.
uh, 1987?
Edit: and I liked John Key, but can't resist this:
My bad. Should have said in the pro era.
To be fair, 1987 was Labour in name, but mostly Act in disguise.
Similar to NZ's Amateur status

Cindy on Seven Sharp was a classic example of current state of NZ journalism. Hillary and Jeremy actually asked a few good questions BUT when Cindy dodged them, no follow up or even the lightest pressure to call her out.
The whole the source doesn't matter angle was ludicrous. Also the complete lack of info about border controls. They look like tools when they keep bringing up the Mt Wellington coolstore thing. (The professor dude they interviewed also spoke really well and made it pretty clear that import via freight is not backed by science or the WHO)

I just threw up over a Facebook post glowing about how lucky they were to have a transparent front and centre leader. It's so rare
