Megan wins.
Don’t like much the hypocritical attention seeking crap they’ve got up to, but totally with them here. Happy for them
The ruling makes ugly reading for the Mail on Sunday. Basically they drove a cart and horse through UK privacy laws to publish the Duchess' letter. This is still an interim judgement, more to come on copyright issues and damages.
I think this increases the likelihood of the former royals visiting UK later in the year, but I suspect they will stay California residents for some time yet.

Poor Eugenie just gave birth a few days ago, can't even have a moment in the sun I guess.
Not a huge monarchist, but I admire Eugenie & Beatrice. They seem to have made their own way in the world, have had to struggle with things like dyslexia but seem well-balanced, successful on their merits and don't take themselves too seriously.
And anyone who wears an outrageous hat to a wedding and sells it for £90,000 to raise money for charity is def. OK in my book.
-
@Victor-Meldrew honestly, with that dad, and that mum, the fact they turned out relatively chilled and ok is a miracle.

Looks like it's a hard Megxit.
Meghan and her ex-royal husband live in California, will run their foundation independently and can sign commercial contacts including the "tell all" interview with Oprah.
As they are not returning to full-time Royal duties, the Palace has told them their royal patronages and his military titles will be reallocated. The Ex-Royals put out a statement about service being universal.
Ultimately Meghan and Harry are private individuals now and can do what they like. Good luck to them. But as I have said before, I'm not sure it's wise for them to be openly defiant to the Queen. She is one of the most skilled politicians of the last century or so. Being petulant to her might create some headlines, but she has a habit of having the last laugh in the end.
