@antipodean yeah and they said that up near the coast was the only place they'd been seen in Oz (or anywhere?) due to the coastal humidity and hinterland, supposedly.
Which makes this one more amazing. Its about an hour NW of where I grew up and not ideal conditions i.e. flat as fuck, dry as fuck.

@mariner4life I've skimmed it off a pond...3 'bounces' onto the front of the par 3 green...terrible shot, but holing the 10 footer for birdie seemed easy by comparison.
this is the hole here, although the tee here is the ladies at about 100m, the normal mens is about 140m, so was an 8 iron straight in the middle of the ball.

That fake video is a couple of years old. It is just a bog standard overlay effect - not a holographic projection.
It's a marketing video made to get investors to give cash to an augmented reality headset manufacturer
