    I don't hate one of them. Love the 80 over refresh elimination!!

    @hooroo Good work, I agree. All look positive, and I like the DRS changes

    Really like those - but wonder if any ump will have the stones to send someone off. Do we know of any recent instances that would have led to a send off?

    That deliberate front foot no ball (in the Windies 20/20 comp?) would be a good example of no more bowling in that innings.

    Good to see the bat sizes reigned in also - that was starting to get a bit out of hand.

    Agree, all positive changes.

    The bat size rule isn't really "smaller bats". They are still huge, 40mm edges. It's just stopping them getting any bigger.

    Id like that tweaked thinner, but one step at a time.

    Yeah - all look good. Especially like the rule about bouncing bats. I thought it was crazy that people who had grounded their bats were being given run out because the bat had bounced up. That's not bad play or an error, that's bad luck.

    Can you help me out with this? I don't understand why they would intentially bowl a front foot no ball??

    Basically it was spite I think - although he denies that it was deliberate. Could sort of understand if there was cash for fastest hundred or something.

    @hooroo

    Pollard was accused of bowling one to prevent a player getting a century (the batting team needed one more for a win)

    But removing a bowler from an attack wouldn't help in that situation..

    Intimidation maybe?

    Can't recall who Curtly Ambrose (I think) was bowling to, but the batsman charged him and got a warning - "If you don't stay behind your line, I won't stay behind mine!"

    I applaud the umpire who would have the stones to show Curtly a yellow card at that point...

    The man who put Malcolm Marshall over Extra Cover for 6... Doubt he would have had any fear at all!
