<p>Ever since this thread started whenever I read your posts now I imagine them being said in the voice of Sheldon from the big bang theory. Could you add the word "bazinga" to the next one as a personal favor to me?</p> -

<p>I remember seeing Billy Dee in a guest starring role on NCIS. He looked pretty old. As for Wedge, he told his nephew Ewen McGregor not to join the Star Wars franchise and by all accounts he didn't enjoy the experience, so I'm not surprised</p> -

<p>Naaa never seen the show so you'll just have to imagine it, the theme tune alone was enough to make me turn it off but I do recall channel surfing and checking out the blond when she was in her pjs though so that got me watching for a few minutes. </p> -
It's wrong though Jegga....it is 3 lots of knocking

<p><strong>How much does CGI rock my shit?</strong><br><br><br>
alot!!!</p>

<p>Does that mean it's a good thing? I can't understand the slang you nerds speak. ;)</p>

<p>TBF, that is by far some of the best CGI I've ever seen, looks far more realistic than anything in the prequels. The other best CGI I've seen was a whole bunch of buildings in a movie about the Nuremburg trials. </p> -
It's the not having a girlfriend/wife bit that allows them to have the 'life' they want....

<p>Meanwhile the plot rumours are coming out and aren't bad...</p>
<p> </p>

<blockquote class="ipsBlockquote">
<div>Now, courtesy of Badass Digest, we have an extremely unofficial outline of Episode VII's broad narrative. Please note that while Badass Digest is a generally reliable source of information, this is 100% a rumor - with some details that might confuse you - until proven otherwise.</div>
<div> </div>
<div>Ready? Although nothing here is too specific, there are possible spoilers ahead.</div>
<div> </div>
<div>According to the site's Devin Faraci, this is how Episode VII opens:</div>
<div> </div>
<div>"Imagine the standard Star Wars crawl, and when it ends the camera pans up to the stars. But instead of a spaceship zooming into frame we see... a hand! A severed hand, tumbling through space. A severed hand gripping a light saber.</div>
<div> </div>
<div>That hand falls onto a desert planet, where it is discovered by characters who will be our heroes. One is Daisy Ridley. The other is John Boyega, who is playing someone trying to change his path in life (again, I'm keeping it vague here). They recognize the light saber as a Jedi relic and decide to return it to the proper people."</div>
<div> </div>
<div>Faraci then goes on to describe the hero's journey proper.</div>
<div> </div>
<div>"Their quest takes them off world, and they meet up with Han Solo and Chewbacca, who aren't flying around in the Millenium Falcon anymore but are piloting... well, that could be a spoiler. I'll leave it. Anyway, Han and Chewie recognize the light saber as Luke's, and they say they haven't seen their friend in thirty years, since the events of Return of the Jedi.</div>
<div> </div>
<div>So begins a quest to find the missing Jedi Master. Meanwhile, on an ice planet, nefarious forces are building a super weapon, one capable of destroying not planets but entire solar systems..."</div>
<div> </div>
<div>As Badass Digest notes, this plot sounds familiar because it echoes the beats of A New Hope: the hand replaces R2D2 as the call to adventure; the hero(es) meet up with Han and Chewie; they leave on a quest against a backdrop of unrest.</div>
<div> </div>
<div>Faraci finishes up by saying he is "hearing extremely positive things about the action, and very, very good things about the characters themselves and the way the actors are bringing them to life."</div>
