Yeah there was none of that M4L. I was expecting it too, went to get the shirt off and I thought 'here we go, we saw full frontal in Wolf of Wall Street so surely she can't get squeamish about it now', but then we cut to a shot of her naked back.

I thought it was a bit of a silly movie with plenty of stuff that made little or no sense. But it rolled along at a rapid pace and I never got bored. A solid 6/10 I reckon.

Yes, that was disappointing, oh well, still have my copy of Wolf of Wall Street.

The bold is definitely true.

Million Ways to Die in the West

Watched it over 4 nights but even the it seemed way too long. Some really funny jokes mixed in with too much pointless crap. Reckon Seth MacFarlane has had almost as much work done to his face as Michael Jackson. -

Kidnapping Mr. Heineken - based on a true story where a group of small time criminal decide to go for the big score and kidnap Freddie Heineken (played by Anthony Hopkins) for the ransom.

It had some pretty average reveiws, but I actually thought it wasnt too bad! Moved along at a reasonable pace, didnt drag anything out, didnt get the closure I'd of liked...despite it not really being a spoiler if you have half a brain cellI'll put it inside a spoiler...
Being based on a true story about the group that did the kidnapping, obviously they got caught for the tale to be told...anywhoo, was just disappointing that the way it was portrayed in that they had pulled it off pretty seamlessly, and to be caught after an anonymous tip to the police was a bit disappointing...which obviously you cant control in true stories....
-

There's nippage...that sounds so fucking dirty old man I disgust myself...

But theyre in there -
The Second Best Exotic Marigold Hotel

Disappointing. Very.

I loved the first one. It was quirky, warm and fuzzy, full of tales of redemption and funny.

It seems it left so many possible storylines open for a sequel that the writers tried them all plus a few others and ended up doing none of them justice.

It just got cluttered and fizzled into ordinary. The main storyline was just Maggie Smith being grumpy and you just couldn't like her. In fact unlike the first movie it was difficult to like any character.

Sunny (Dev Patel) still had some funny lines.

Meh out of 10. -

300 Rise of an Empire. Not even a topless Eva Green can save this mess

Yep. That was a huge great steaming pile of dog's eggs.

I just couldn't follow the scant narrative at all.

Awful.
-

it was just terrible. It was all over the shop in terms of timing. The voice-over was fucking annoying. It looked terrible (took the style of the first one, and fed it half a dozen really tacky energy drinks, like Monster, or Mother, or any of those other bogan beverages and let it loose). What the fuck was that blood effect for?

I love Strike Back, but Sullivan Stapleton is a fucking terrible actor. Eva Green is pretty ordinary as well really, and doesn't even look that great in it. Shit movie, avoid. I wish i had followed my instinct and not bothered.

Fuck, it's made 3 times it budget world wide! That almost guarantees another one of these fucking things doesn't it? Will this be the story of Themistocles being accused of treason by political rivals, and exiled to Persia? I somehow doubt it, given they already left out the best bit of his story.
-

The Equalizer: Denzel Washington was pretty kick ass in this film about a former black ops agent who starts doing good deeds to make up for all the bad shit he did. Good deeds means he maims a lot of people. 8/10

World War Z: I like zombie films and I love apocalyptic films but I didn't like this one. Way too many gaps in the plot and Brad Pitt still can't act. 3/10
-

22 Jump Street. No expectations, but man this was shit.

Dark Shadows, if she had of it might have made watching the yawnfest slightly worthwhile. If a movie has Tim Burton, Johnny Depp and Helena bonham Carter involved just ignore it, if enough of us do it they might get the message.
-

Kill the Messenger - Jeremy Renner, Robert Patrick, Ray Liotta

Based on a true story of an investigative jounalist who gets given some information that leads him to finding out about the CIA funding the war in Nicaragua and importing cocaine into the streets of America...

Thought it wasnt too bad, 7/10
-
Open Range. Early 2000s Western with Kevin Costner, Robert Duvall and Michael Gambon.

I have started watching this movie maybe 10 times and something always came up. Tonight the kids are in bed early and the mrs is at a friends. Fuck what a boring fucking movie. Almost no redeeming features. To think all that time I spent alone tonight watching this snooze fest could have been spent at pornhub.. -
