So apparently those that have accused the players of abuse are in the process of sourcing CC TV footage from the McDonalds where these events eventuated. They are adamant that the Crusader players are lying and are going to do anything to prove that.

I guess all will be revealed when that footage comes out.

Will McDonald's really care enough to provide security footage. Seems pretty low level accusations for them to go to those lengths.

Who knows, I guess if what they said did happen then they would be feeling pretty aggrieved, thus determined to back up their claims through footage.

On the other hand if they somehow can't pinpoint the event within that footage then they are most likely lying.

My worry is that they're going to get Marius Jonker to make a ruling on the footage.

I'll be quite interested to see what the SA guys are wearing. If Bridge asked them to take a selfie with him then I'm thinking it's going to be quite outlandish - and I can then see how things might have gone wrong from there.

If it's proven the saders and probably the ABs will miss him for the rest of this year.

And there I was, just thinking, fuck it - he's going to get stood down for this week! 🙂

Since he's already apologised to the woman and she noted one of his friends came over and apologised in the nightclub, I think it can be assumed that someone (from the Crusaders) has told him he did it - spat beer on her - even though he can't remember it.

she isn't a waitress named Suzie is she?

Jesus, when this story first "broke" with the rumours, I figured they'd raped or beaten someone... but no, a 10 second interaction between drunk strangers.

    Sack them all 😉

Unless things are different in South Africa, then I would be surprised if McDonalds hands over footage. In Qld, businesses like McD's and bars will normally only give provide footage to police when they are investigating criminal offences. Some businesses even insist on a search warrant.

No one has responded that Mounga did actually reply to the women.
You can fake Instagram/Facebook/Twitter messages to make it look like they’ve actually apologised

she admitted it was dark so wasn’t 100% sure it was him.
All seems suspect to me nothing adds up

Whoever is not telling the truth in these incidents, wether it be the Accusser's or the Accused are going to be badly found out here. The Crusaders will investigate these allegations correctly, and Some people are going to be found out.

@Chris That is, if the accusers actually take the step of formally lodging a complaint. But if they don't, that says a lot, too.

@Stargazer I think you will find They will not.The Crusaders I have heard have witness statements from other people at McDonalds (who contacted the Crusaders)They are disputing the allegations and stating, "These people have a lot to answer for". So lets see where this goes.

Just so I am clear the "These people have a lot to answer for" are the Accused or the Accusers?
