Bloody Mad Index - I'm a shade under 6'1" and yet 65kg is considered within the healthy range. At the weight I'd be either anorexic or a Tour de France cyclist!

I'm 28.6 at 98 KG.

I'd like to be 93 KG at some point this year but still would be an "overweight" 27.2. In the past I've had pretty well defined Abs at that weight but I'm older now. I'll have to find out if that is still the case. If so, I'll be OK with being "overweight"!

This time last year I was 30.9 BMI at 105.7 KG. That was fat.

Right first week up. Gentle introduction and by that I mean I've stopped eating two burgers for lunch every day and I actually went to the gym, which was full of resolutions...

Weight dropped by a miserable 0.6kg and waist decreased by two centimetres.

Teams used to do laps around Andy Goode for training....imagine him and Thomas Waldrom playing at the same time not to mention a couple of the props who appeared during the WC.

"Pie Fit" would be a best seller if it was actually achievable 🙂

Oh shit I'm rocking at 36.2 on the BMI - even if I drop 10kg I'd still be a 32 and in the obese range. High 90's is my target weight and even then I'd still be way past my recommended target of 77kg. I haven't weighed less that 80kg since 5th form!!

did someone mention pies!!?
