Teams used to do laps around Andy Goode for training....imagine him and Thomas Waldrom playing at the same time not to mention a couple of the props who appeared during the WC.

"Pie Fit" would be a best seller if it was actually achievable 🙂

Oh shit I'm rocking at 36.2 on the BMI - even if I drop 10kg I'd still be a 32 and in the obese range. High 90's is my target weight and even then I'd still be way past my recommended target of 77kg. I haven't weighed less that 80kg since 5th form!!

did someone mention pies!!?

I had four poached eggs on toast for brekky today and most would consider that a lot!

Oath, that is a LOT of kai. I've watched a few strongman and elite BB videos about diets and that is right up there. There's only so many ways to make a kg of chicken look good with next to no oil or flavouring! Must take the pleasure of eating out of the equation.

Got a mate who's on a dozen a day but wow not that many.

I usually have 5 for brekky but no toast. Sometimes make an omelette which has 6 to 8 eggs in it

If I ate that many I would live in fear of a methane related gas explosion destroying the house

I only ever eat my eggs poached or occasionally fried. I've never liked hard boiled or scrambled.
