Right, I am having a few beers and trying to get to that level where you play outstanding pool.
I have to deal with an agitated Bull and need the beer for Courage and Dexterity/Timing. Have to try and get the Hip Cradle off him and his horns are a bit tasty.
Key is not to have the one beer too many where it all turns to custard.

Mrs TR went this morning, said all very civilised, people maintaining distances, shelves full.
I think it depends on each store. I will choose the lesser used one in our suburb, knowing that the main one supplies a far bigger area and will be gutted anyway

@Machpants @canefan Has there been a directive to stay off the water? Or just the general instruction to stay local? I ask because exercise remains so important right now. We are into day 11 of our self iso, which is pretty much what the rest of the country is on now. And we are finding it pretty mentally debilitating TBH! Exercise is the one sanity check, that daily run for me plus a walk with the family, always being careful where we go etc.
But there are plenty of people who can't run for injury reasons, or don't have a garden to walk around etc.), and I would have thought they could easily maintain distance out there?
Does SUP'ing have a high instance of requiring assistance (serious question) ? People getting into trouble for example? Or do lifeguards have to monitor them? Obviously you don't want to endanger someone elsr if they got into trouble.

All Lifeguards are stood down and clubs closed. Only the coastguard is in operation and they are clear they don't want anyone in the water. Their argument is that even the best prepared excursion into the water can sometimes go pearshaped and they don't want to unnecessarily be put into danger and unable to achieve social distancing

@voodoo There are heaps of places offering free online classes for workouts/yoga/stretching/breathing etc. Youtube also has stacks you can do in a confined space (standing abs etc)
@voodoo Facebook Evolve Matamata for a great daily workout (weekdays)

Looks like Ashley has been allowed a well deserved day (or press conference) off.
He’s been brilliant hasn’t he

Anyone who can survive a job interview where Kim Hill was part of a deliberate media grilling test must be well and truly up to it

Is it a good thing the numbers each day for the last 3 days have been the same?
Has broken the previous pattern of increasing each day by around 50%Hopefully yeah. You have to consider though hardly any new arrivals overseas. So the new cases are likely to be community transmission or close contacts of those who have gone overseas. In a week we will have a good idea what the spread in NZ is like. It could shoot back up then.
