Given that Jordan was about to be released you'd think that he wasn't in the plans and has only been held as cover.
Scares me to think that Scooter may walk straight back in but we are desperately light on locking options.

You're not wrong. Karl doesn't look fit enough to me.

@pakman potentially Scott Barrett? Wouldn't mind seeing Hodgman either but doubt they'll do it just like i'll doubt they'll have Jordan on the bench but they should.

    Could Whitelock be on bench?

No, surely they'd start him if he was fit.

Very good point, I just automatically assumed he was out.

Is DMac a bit redundant on the bench with both Barrett’s starting and Mo’unga?

If Whitelock is out, our pack looks pretty raw. Will be a big effort to get up over an Aussie team that will be all over us like a rash

I wondered that as well but with Reece sent home and Jordan about to be sent home, that does seem to be the plan.
Maybe it is so BB can move to 10, RM can move to fuck right off and with DMac at 14/15 they can continue a two playmaker game?
    Who knows

Ahh, it's just like the good old Chiefs days. Fozzie continues to learn sweet FA from week to week.

Four ABs tens in the 23, you can never have too many!

The Dmac selection is ridiculous but predictable - there's no need for a 10/15 on the bench.

How about actually using the bench this week instead of waiting until the game is almost over.

@Duluth I thought @bayimports had it the wrong way around in the midfield. But no, it's a 12 at 13 and a 13 at 12.

    FFS.

This feels like the most inevitable slide into mediocrity I can remember. It's really concerning for the next few months, let alone the next year or so. I really hope I'm proved wrong, but Fozzie is coaching like he did during the bad Chiefs years

So that shows he was going to pick Bridge too, until he got injured.

@Kirwan how a selector thinks dropping Rieko and keeping Bridge is sensible I will never know.

Fozzie would be picking Ralph, Bridge and Atiga/Blair as his back three if he could

Why are we persisting with Goodhue at 12 and Jordie at 14? Fucking idiots.
