Former undisputed middleweight champion Marvelous Marvin Hagler, one of the greatest pound-for-pound champions of all time, has died aged 66.
The Hearns v Hagler fight, all time great for such a short fight.

Former undisputed middleweight champion Marvelous Marvin Hagler, one of the greatest pound-for-pound champions of all time, has died aged 66.
The Hearns v Hagler fight, all time great for such a short fight.
Undoubtedly. Guys really FOUGHT in those days unlike so much of what we see nowadays ( cough cough Floyd Mayweather ). I’ve watched that fight on more than one occasion with the old man, both guys were absolutely tough as fuck.
Hagler only got knocked down once in his whole career and even that was disputed as possibly being a slip. So powerful and intimidating at his best.

I've been meaning to get a hold of Nothing But a Man - his first film - for ages.
Highly rated and been recommended to me by more than a few people.
He wasn’t actually in a huge amount of movies but definitely a massive presence when he was. Parker is by far my favourite character in the original Alien.
