@catogrande Fuck.
I love koppaberg, love it. But won’t be buying it until they retract.
GB news seems very centered so far. Certainly not a hate spreader. Pretty disgusted at this honestly.
-
The activist group that are claiming credit are qouted as gaving 120,000 twits, GB News have 256,000.
Normal people have to start expressing their opinions as the minority are creating the impression there is one acceptable t r ain of thought, and dopey gullible execs are buying it as the narrative that it is the majority opinion.

Yeah, they are going to lose viewers quickly for their shitty technicals. But for every loss due to this, they'll gain 50+ due to the optics gained by companies boycotting them.
I've gone a bit crazy in last half hour (bit pissed honestly, son had 3 hour cricket game ) ... E.ON is my energy supplier, I've called them to confirm they have no contact with octopus, called Ocado to change my delivery to remove the koppaberg cider (gutting, I love that stuff) and have biffed my nivea face cream.
Sad, but I guess the straw which broke the back for me has been placed. Either that or I'm just hammered. Not sure.

@majorrage good for you mate. It's tough watching the world your kids will inherent being dictated to by utter, unsustainable nonsense. It's Human nature to try to do something from time to time. It's venting, really.
Who knows what effect your actions will produce but it's better than conformity cowardice or trying to constantly distract yourself🙂

I still haven't bought Gillette since they decided they hated men who shave.

I thought Ikea's primary humanistic value was evading tax by posing as a charity based in the Netherlands?
Now now... Not a charity, a Foundation. That's very different in ways that we are too stupid to understand, but which are no doubt very important.

I'm impressed with it so far, especially AN's opening monologue.
Where I think they're really missing a trick is not having the live stream on their YouTube channel like Sky News do. They have a big YouTube presence with loads of videos, just not the live stream. I always have news on in the background on smart TVs and other devices (don't have Sky TV), and for years have alternated btwn Sky News and BBC, getting increasingly p1ssed off at both.

@mikethesnow all under a backdrop of vaccinated MPs, 2m apart, wearing cheap poorly fitted masks🙂

Nice. I haven't either. Turns out it is easier to just trim a beard. Who knew that one shitty ad would make my life easier.
Don't GB news have several platforms? Were the technical issues on all of them?

Yeah me too, exactly the same experience.
That's my contribution to world salvation, oh and offering up interviews that get me berated by time challenged blokes who spend 30 hours a week on a rugby forum digesting the contributions of about 3 dozen other posters with no spare time either.😉😁 -
@mikethesnow to be fair, not sure many of us trust the people the government governs.

Neil, surprisingly, is fighting back. He usually just accepts this crap as free advertising for his channel.
A lot of people mixing up hate, with opinions they disagree with.
