He’s never lost the Bled though.

Can anyone name a single positive trait of Foster?

First time I 've genuinely thought I could do a better job of coaching the ABs than the Fat Useless Clown in the coaching box.

I'm pretty sure Fozzies a better coach than I am. While some of you may have doubts whether this is possible, I just don't have the International coaching experience I need , and maybe if I spent a few years coaching Wales or Scotland (I can't coach Australia for religious reasons) then that would change.

@mofitzy_ seems a good guy, and pretty positive/optimistic...on the outside at least.

That's fair, though his optimism doesn't seem to be helping anything except maybe his own mental health. At what point does optimism start to hinder his ability to do his job? Seems like we are well past that now.

@mofitzy_ yep, possibly a big part of the issue, in his mind he has self belief that his plans and structures work, in reality they don't.

Kinda like my mind telling me I can still play rugby, but my body laughs at me.

I was supposed to be at an event in Napier which got Covid cancelled So got in takeaways to watch game in Hotel room. As kick off approached discovered no Sky.

First time ever I could watch a game live (nearest pub was 5 minutes away) and just couldn't be bothered.

There was an inevitability to what happened that I simply could not bear watching.

Haven't gone near the match thread for the same reason.

    Hmm, I don't like this.

    @BartMan

This thread should have a secondary title - Cane's firsts. Because he is a fucking embarrassment of a test player, let alone a captain, and he is getting subbed off while his team loses again, and again, and again.

Cane is as bad at playing rugby as Foster is at coaching.

First ever 3 loses at home in a row. First ever negative points differential after more than 1 game in RC/3N

Wouldn't you love the press to have the balls to throw these things in his face. Like hard hitting political journalist. These are facts. Throw them at him. Demand explanations or resignations

For the second time in his reign, previously never lower than 3 I think

Ah - shit - I'd forgotten we'd been 5th already. I thought he was the first to take us to 4th, and just now - the first to take us to 5th.
Playing with that rankings calculator - is a fucking depressing hobby the day after a loss.

The Scots inaugural victory could see the mighty Thistles get in the top five and see the ABs drop to sixth maybe ?

Wow, big November coming up, I’m gonna buy some single malt to celebrate !

Ssshhh... I'm pretty sure Cane ran over @Tim 's new-but-already-beloved puppy last night. I'd hold off saying anything even remotely positive about him for a little while.
