That's quite cool.
Shows that 'gentrification' happened at a rapid pace in some areas even back then. If you look at the Whitechapel/Brick Lane/Spitalifields area where 'Jack the Ripper' supposedly preyed on Slum Protitutes, that area is most comfortably off only 10 years later. Hardly slum.
