@canefan I expect I'll have it finished in a few days, watched another couple of eps last night, agree with a post earlier, Daniel is a douche!
Johnny still lives in the 80s.
Ralph Macchio is 56. Fuck a duck what moisturiser does he use?
Johnnys ex is hot.
Daniels son is a spoilt fat obnoxious fluffybunny.

Sort of on /off topic - for those not in Akl there is a big new office retail development going up on the Waterfront "Commercial Bay".
Fortunately Dr Who has popped forward a couple of years and come back to show us what it's going to look like

Check the bottom left hand side of the fourth render down - the one with a view out to the old CPO building

Binge watching Westworld - halfway through season one. Thandie Newton is looking good for her age.

Well you see plenty of her as the season goes on!

finished Cobra Kai on the weekend.
Loved it. Good to see they introduced the Daniel was the bully slant.
Interesting ending, setting up for S2
:::
Johnny needs to kick his old sensei's (sp?) arse!!
:::
Caught up with the Expanse, most recent episode was a bit odd compared to the rest, WTF was up with the dude alone in the little ship? Assume we will find out more later, but seemed a pointless scene.

Finally got onto Netflic and Lightbox etc.
Halfway (I assume.. about 5 episodes) through Breaking Bad.
It's not living up to the hype for me. It can be a bit funny but that's about it. Is season one as good as the rest of the seasons? if so, i will stop watching.

@hooroo Season 2 is the best season. Season 1 started off a bit up and down.
Cheers! I shall persevere! How many episodes to a season? I see there are 5 seasons
I think the episodes are random per season, short S1, then 13 epsiodes seasons, then the 5th season is split into two so it's 16 episodes maybe?

Just finished Episode 2 of season two. I'm really starting to enjoy it now

@hooroo some great characters in it along the way too.
Been watching The Terror, think about half way through, is decent enough, but these kinds of based on true story stories do annoy me (ie we know this much, but the other 75% of this is made up)
:::
Shouldn't have shown the mutant polar bear or whatever it was, Tubaaq?? CGI was pretty shit, always better when you don't know what something is or assume.

Yup that is part of the reason why Jaws is a master piece ( you don’t get to see the actual shark for half the movie, ok you know it’s a shark though)
And why for a while Lost was pretty good, had no idea what that creature was... until it was revealed as some smoke monster thing -
