@hooroo Season 2 is the best season. Season 1 started off a bit up and down.
Cheers! I shall persevere! How many episodes to a season? I see there are 5 seasons
I think the episodes are random per season, short S1, then 13 epsiodes seasons, then the 5th season is split into two so it's 16 episodes maybe?

@hooroo some great characters in it along the way too.
Been watching The Terror, think about half way through, is decent enough, but these kinds of based on true story stories do annoy me (ie we know this much, but the other 75% of this is made up)
:::
Shouldn't have shown the mutant polar bear or whatever it was, Tubaaq?? CGI was pretty shit, always better when you don't know what something is or assume.

Yup that is part of the reason why Jaws is a master piece ( you don’t get to see the actual shark for half the movie, ok you know it’s a shark though)
And why for a while Lost was pretty good, had no idea what that creature was... until it was revealed as some smoke monster thing -

Had a total fangirl moment just before. Lesley-Ann Brandt (Maze from Lucifer) quote retweeted me in a discussion about the word fluffybunny of all things. Lol. I did manage to restrain myself and not squee back that I would totally do her.
Finally after God knows how many years we have something in common.

Watching the Prime Video series on the All Blacks (All or Nothing). Only four episodes in, but some good insights behind the scenes.

Funny to hear Shag giving TJP a rark up for shooting his mouth off and getting the ref offside. And giving both halfbacks shit for yapping too much at training.
Amazing seeing him choking back the tears after the third BIL test. The BIL celebrating next door and Shag has tears in his eyes. That’s why the ABs are the best. Standards are so much higher. -

I thought that someone would do this for me, but it seems that I will have to do it.
What was the discussion about the word fluffybunny?
-
@snowy Quite often, me (and other historical romance authors) get accused of inaccuracy due to language - they tell us that fluffybunny and fuck are modern words. fluffybunny is first recorded in use in the 13th century, fuck is a bit later, early to mid 1500s.
I provided a link to a great article written by a British sex historian about the etymology of the word. Was quite funny - some American woman replied to both Lesley and I saying we needed a bar of soap in our mouths. Not sure why US people get so pissy over the word fluffybunny when fuck and pussy are fine. Shrug.
