If I was Foster (but I am not),

    Thanks for clarifying.

    You're welcome.

Forecast isn't actually too bad for the day - it's the night where things turn bad.

I have to admit that I was going to go but when I looked at the price of a shit seat and combined that with the weather report I did a 'yeah, nah'.
Might change my mind at the last minute.

I think many people have realised over the years that the cheap seats at the Caketin aren't worth the coin. Too far away from the action, too far away from services, a long walk to and from the entrance.
You can deal with all of that if the game is something special but it takes that extra desire to force the $ out of pockets.

    Slow news day.

When is Rennie announcing his 24? Or will he go one better than Cheika?

Anyone want a bet this is starting XV?

Moody, Taylor, Tuungafasi, Tuipulotu, Whitelock, Frizell, Cane (cpt), Savea, Smith, Mounga, Bridge, Goodhue, Ioane, J.Barrett, B.Barrett.

Let’s just say not my pick, but wouldn’t bet against it

Ole boring balls-up bridge will be a disappointing selection.

@ACT-Crusader Look I Am not sold on the team I posted and I like some of your changes, however lets just say for now that when the official team comes out later I will be surprised if I am wrong, even by one.

@Hooroo Might be selected for kick chasing given the forecast conditions.

The counter-argument is Clarke is bloody good at kick chasing himself.

@bayimports I’d be surprised to see Ofa starting. Also I get the sense that one of the newbies will debut as a starter, hence Clarke in mine.

The midfield....should be renamed the minefield given its been the biggest merry go round for the last 4 years.

It wouldn’t surprise me if any of these were named:
    ALB / Ioane
    Goodhue / Ioane
    ALB / Goodhue

This is close to what I am expecting although the 1st 5, right winger and fullback positions appear to be the most contentious, based on the cryptic comments by Plumtree.
