@Godder don't the Republicans have more congressional delegation votes in the House compared to the Democrats?
No, there are more House Democrats than Republicans, which is why Nancy Pelosi (D) is the Speaker.
It is on a state by state basis though. Republicans held the majority of states going into the election. Haven't seen an update since.

What exactly what so horrible about it?Good question. The Trump hate is over the top. and very strange. Ive asked Trump haters I know to explain and they can't. And when I counter with hes anti war etc they can't really counter
Bull. Shit. People have explained, you just bluster on with your wilful ignorance. But since you’re interested now, for me it’s because he’s a ridiculous, self-pitying man-child. He’s a dipshit whose sole intention, at all times, is to be the topic of conversation. He’s a habitual and shameless liar, a slug of a man who doesn’t give a shit what the fallout is from whatever it is he says. He doesn’t deserve to be mentioned in the same breath as the great presidents from all parties.
Thats a pretty harsh assessment. Not one I necessarily disagree with, TBH.
But if all the above is a fact, why are 50% of Americans voting for him? That should really be the question. And yes, I agree that alot of it is because the competition is awful (or senile) but even if the opposite candidate was a super star, You can be sure Trump would probably still be 45% of the vote. Why is that?
For me, thats the pertinent question, much more than the character assessment.
I’d probably vote for him too, I mean what’s the viable choice? But I’d hate myself a bit for it because he’s the kind of man I have spent my life despising. You can tell the truth, or be an iconoclast without being a bully and a liar. He could do better, but he doesn’t care enough to.
So to answer your question, the majority who vote for him are people like me with mildly right of centre views who don’t trust the Democrat agenda and their willingness to pander to the woke mob. They have no other place to put their vote. Then there are more than a few who are like Winger, who mistake conspiracy theory for fact and are too ready to believe the patter of a charlatan who tells them what they want to hear (like every good conman does), and can’t tell the difference between iconoclasm and vandalism. Then there’s a small group who just have pent up unbridled rage and hate and think they see a guy who validates that. For them Trump could be anybody, left or right, so long as he encourages them to fuck shit up.

We almost need Ian “by the barest of margins!” Smith to close out the commentary on this election.
Shades of the 2005 NZ election!

Holy shit, he just kept tweeting about it aye. Really priming things for when the final counts come in.

Well said @JC
Trump clearly fanned the flames of cheating and fraud. Comes across as a complete sore loser. It’s super tight the whole world can see that. You don’t see Biden (sorry sleepy joe) saying that same shit do you?
There’s a difference between trying to sound confident and ‘hang in there’ and outright lying and telling everyone you’re only losing because there’s fraud and cheating going on.
It’s an abysmal carry on. -

It’s an abysmal carry on.He is behaving like a naughty child. Which seems to resonate with a significant number of his voters. But his challenge of mail in votes is a direct threat to the electoral process
-
He’s a genius really, for weeks and months he’s spouted on the only way he would lose would be if everyone else cheated.
I’m not sure what will be worse. 4 years of him on the news every night as POTUS or 4 years of him constantly telling everyone he was cheated out of being POTUS -
@Virgil and framing the way voting happens as suddenly unusual and a clear indication of cheating. I saw Mitch McConnell said they'd wait for the votes, asked why people were surprised about lawyers being involved (it's how we do things), and that he thinks they have won also. So he's only just stepped back from Trump's accusations of cheating, but at least he mentioned waiting till its all counted. Super close margins should have a recount but I hope the level of oversight avoids any 'accidents' happening.

TBF, both sides have been guilty of fanning the flames of division and rubbishing the electoral process. Calling an elected President "a two-bit dictator" as Obama did pretty much sums up the Democrats approach to healing division.
It’s an abysmal carry on.
Can't see any improvement either. Biden not winning by an expected landslide might make the Democrats think about reaching out to voters across the spectrum, but I doubt it. Certainly can't see Trump reaching out.

I agree with everything, but has Biden rubbished the electoral process? Real question.... I have only heard Trump use the C word (cheating)

If Trump loses, he's irrelevant within days if not hours. Politics is brutal like that.

That may be so. But as Hillary learned last time, and as Joe has learned this time, it is not helpful to focus on the faults of your opponent when trying to capture the hearts and minds of the people. That being said, after watching unedited speeches from Trump on and off over the last 4 years, I simply don't get the allure. He is like the your drunk bore of an uncle on Xmas day
