I'm 28.6 at 98 KG.

I'd like to be 93 KG at some point this year but still would be an "overweight" 27.2. In the past I've had pretty well defined Abs at that weight but I'm older now. I'll have to find out if that is still the case. If so, I'll be OK with being "overweight"!

This time last year I was 30.9 BMI at 105.7 KG. That was fat.
-

Right first week up. Gentle introduction and by that I mean I've stopped eating two burgers for lunch every day and I actually went to the gym, which was full of resolutions...

Weight dropped by a miserable 0.6kg and waist decreased by two centimetres.

Weight 94.4kg

Waist: 97 cm
-

The good news is I still have the body of a professional rugby player...

Teams used to do laps around Andy Goode for training....imagine him and Thomas Waldrom playing at the same time not to mention a couple of the props who appeared during the WC. -

Oh shit I'm rocking at 36.2 on the BMI - even if I drop 10kg I'd still be a 32 and in the obese range. High 90's is my target weight and even then I'd still be way past my recommended target of 77kg. I haven't weighed less that 80kg since 5th form!!

did someone mention pies!!?
-

but aren't you like 5 ft wide and tall ;)

Yeah mine is 32.
-

Did you just call me a chode!! ha ha I prefer the more pc term of brickshithouse

Have added a wee belly but yeah nah I'm just big boned aw!!

I recently yarned to an old school mate who is a (cough, roids) bodybuilder. He is typically around 140-150kg and is probably 6'1 or 6'2. I can't imagine lugging that much mass around, that Mite10 Mega guy used to be 170kg!! Wonder if they miss being able to wipe their own asses??
-

Oath, that is a LOT of kai. I've watched a few strongman and elite BB videos about diets and that is right up there. There's only so many ways to make a kg of chicken look good with next to no oil or flavouring! Must take the pleasure of eating out of the equation.

Have to admit that I do scrambled eggs for two with about 6-7 eggs. But that many hardboiled... maybe not
